Ahh sweet, thanks, the actual fork lowering seems easy but I was just worrying about levels, don't want to blow a set of new seals thats all.

Right, yet another probably daft question, are the oil levels the amount of oil in ml? Or the actual physical level in mm? I found an old Marzocchi Manual and that talks about oil levels in mm. Thanks. Joe.

I lowered the forks to 70mm and when I put them back together and the right seal leaked everywhere, I'm going to put new seals in but I still have no clue how much oil to put in.

Hi, messaged you a week or so back about fork lowering. I've got them apart and am wondering whether to replace the seals while I've got them in bits. How do you know if they need replacing? I had a problem with them losing a bit of air before, would that be the seals?

I checked, 09's were the first year for the direct mount.
